Calling all photographers!
It’s that time of year again: show us where you’ve been and what you’ve seen! Send in the best pics you’ve taken of sites you’ve visited or artefacts you’ve seen from around the world for your chance to WINCWA Photo of the Year 2015. Remember to include information about where the image was taken and what it shows.
The winning photograph and three runners-up will be showcased at CA Live! 2015 and will feature both in our April/May issue of CWA magazine and on our website.
Pictures must be:
- Your own work
- High resolution (300 dpi at 40 x 28cm)
Send your entries:
- By email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line: CWA photo competition 2015
- On disc to CWA Photo Competition, Current Publishing, Lamb House, Church Street, London, W4 2PD.
Closing date for receipt of entries is 2 February 2015.
The judges’ decision is final, and prize-winners (only) will be notified of results by 16 February 2015.
Entrants can submit up to 5 images – please include details of the site photographed, when each image was taken, and your contact information including a postal address. Photos from any world locations outside the UK may be submitted in digital format – in the highest resolution you have – so that it can be printed up to A3 size. Copyright will remain with the photographer. However, by entering this competition you agree to Current Publishing using the images for possible exhibition, publication or promotional use. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that all necessary permissions are obtained from any person featured in a photograph. All photos entered must be done so under an individual’s name. By submitting images you confirm that you are the copyright holder and creator of the image, and that you will be responsible for any claims by any third party. The competition is open to all amateur and professional photographers. Amateur and professional entries will not be judged separately. The winner will be offered complimentary tickets for the CA Live! conference. Transport and accommodation is not included. The judges’ decision is final and prize-winners (only) will be notified of results by 16 February 2015.
