ANADOLU´DA ROMA DÖNEMİ HEYKELTARAŞLIĞI

EPHESOS - EFES KONFERANSLARI 1 EKİM 2013 EFES

1 - 3 Ekim 2013 tarihlerinde Selçuk Belediyesi Ahmet Taner Kışlalı Salonu'nda Küçük Asya'nın Roma Dönemi Heykeltraşlığı konulu arkeoloji sempozyumu düzenlenecek. Avusturya Arkeoloji Enstitüsü, Alman Arkeoloji Enstitüsü İstanbul Şubesi, Oxford Üniversitesi ve New York Üniversitesi işbirliğiyle organize edilen sempozyum, Selçuk Belediyesi, Efes Vakfı, Efes Dostları Derneği (Viyana) ve Kültür ve Turizm Bakanlığı DÖSİMM desteğiyle gerçekleştirilecek.

Sempozyuma dünyanın farklı ülkelerinden konusunda uzman 51 bilim insanı katılacak. Sempozyumda Türkiye'de Roma Dönemi Heykeltraşlığı üzerine yapılan çalışmaları tanıtmak ve konuyla ilgili uzmanları biraraya getirerek uluslararası bilgi paylaşımını sağlayacak arkeolojik bir platform oluşturmak amaçlandığı belirtildi.
